DATA RETRIEVAL AND PREVENTION

Information collected from customers through the secure store for order processing is deleted immediately from the Web site server following its retrieval from osCommerce, our secure store host.

We check our Web site daily to ensure that your information does not sit on the server for an unreasonable amount of time. Our company considers one day (24 hours) to be unreasonable.

ISP system problems, natural disasters and other acts of God that prevent us from logging onto the system to retrieve your information are the only exceptions to the rule.

This Web site is not registered with any online privacy organization. There is, however, one constant in the gift basket industry -- our reputation.
